At Mila & Rose®, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
